If a rough estimate can't be provided via pictures and or a detailed description, we have a $5o trip charge in order to visit the site.
We require a 25-30% deposit on jobs totaling over $1,700.We charge a $200 rescheduling fee if a reschedule is required 24 hours before scheduled appointment

REFUNDS
If a customer decides they want a refund we will only refund 50% of the deposit amount.If work has already started and more than 50% of the deposit amount equates to the work already completed if there is a racial, descrimitive, threatening, or illegal acts from a customer we will terminate the contract and refund 0 - 25% of the remaining amount.
